SHIPPING POLICIES

For all orders, national and international, in order to avoid any fraud, we require the billing information (name, address, contact info) to match the shipping information (name, address, contact info)

- No minimum amount is required for each transaction

- FREE SHIPPING for US orders $35.00 or more

- For US orders for one unit of merchandise either from Evening Handbags, Leather Collection, Designer Ispired Collection, Travel Bags or other, shipping charge is $8.00 USD per item if total order cost is $34.99 or less

- All packages are delivered through the UPS/FEDEX Ground Transit, unless you specify a different method such as Next-Day Air or 2-day guaranteed transit time. If you wish for a faster delivery that the Ground Transit Time, you will be notified of the additional shipping charge.

Foreign Policies

- Due to the high costs of shipping we do not automatically ship orders internationally. International customers should contact us to work out the mutually acceptable options of billing and shipping in case if your destination is not on our list. We might need to add your destination to our system so you can place the order. In your first email to us include your shopping list, city and country of destination. Because we do not normally ship outside the United States we will estimate the shipping fee and sent that information for your approval. The exact shipping charge would be calculated at the time of shipping from United States Postal Service office (USPS)

- International orders $49.99 or less are due to $5.00 Shipping/Handling fee in addition to shipping charges

SHIPPING METHOD:  For US orders - FEDEX/UPS Ground unless specified

RETURN POLICY:

Exchanges or Refunds will only be allowed in case of manufacturer defects or incorrect products on unused items within 20 days of receipt of goods. Products returned for any reason other than damage, defects or incorrect will NOT be eligible for return nor exchange. We do not accept unwanted/unopened returns on any items. Products to be defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will gladly provide you with replacement or repair service. Please email us within the time period specified to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). All returns without RMA # will be refused

Due to the fact that we need to make special arrangments for international orders we can NOT accept returns from outside the United States
