1. Do you charge sales tax?
The sales tax is charged only for the customers from the state of Washington
2. Do you offer free shipping?
YES. FREE Shipping is offered for US orders of $35.00 and more
3. Do you have handling fee?
There is $5.00 handling fee for international orders $49.99 or less
4. What kind of payments do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discovery
5. How much is your shipping fee?
The shipping fee is $8.00 for one unit for orders up to $34.99
6. Can I track my order?
Yes. After we print shipping label we will send an email with tracking number. Tracking is only available for US orders. International customers contact us for details
7. Can I return product if I received the order, did not open it but I no longer want it?
We do not accept unwanted, unopened orders except damaged, incorrect orders which we gladly will exchange or repare
8. What if the product arrived damaged?
If product has a manufacturer defect you can email us within 30 days of receipt of goods to request Return Merchandise Authorization number. We will not accept returns after 30 days or without RMA within 30 days
9. What should I do if I never received my order?
If you provided correct address and still did not receive order we will send another order
10. How long does it take for my order to be processed?
After we receive your payment your order will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. If you submitted your order during the weekend the system will not process your payment until the next business day
11. Do you ship internationally?
Our system is set to automatically take only US orders. Customers from outside of United States please refer to shipping rules and contact us for further details
12. Do you accept returns on international orders?
No. Due to the fact that we need to make special arrangments to process and ship international orders we can NOT accept returns on such orders. We apologize for the inconvinience
